- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 to 2 c. milk
Directions

1After frying meat, remove all grease except about 1/3 cup leaving it and the drippings in skillet.

2Add flour, stirring to prevent lumping.

3Cook on medium-low heat until light brown.

4Add milk, depending on the thickness desired.

5Stir continually to avoid lumping.

6Season to taste.
