- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 dash salt and pepper
Directions

1Melt butter over medium high heat, and drain peas.

2Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until cream has thickened.
