- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Put water and butter in a pan and bring to a boil.

2Boil until butter melts and cool.

3Add flour and boil again for 1 minute and cool again.

4Then add eggs, one at a time, beating well.

5With a spoon, drop on a cookie sheet that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350° to 400° for 45 minutes or until light brown.
