  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Put water and butter in a pan and bring to a boil.

    Boil until butter melts and cool.

    Add flour and boil again for 1 minute and cool again.

    Then add eggs, one at a time, beating well.

    With a spoon, drop on a cookie sheet that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350° to 400° for 45 minutes or until light brown.
