- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Combine water and butter.

2Boil together until it comes to a hard boil; then add flour and salt.

3Stir until ball is formed. Cool.

4Add one egg at a time until all four eggs have been used, stirring well after each egg is added.

5Divide dough in 12 parts. Drop on ungreased cookie sheets.

6Bake in 400° oven for 40 minutes. Makes 12 large puffs.

7Fill with cream filling or whipped cream.
