- 1 lb. American cheese
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
- 1 small can Pet milk
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 doz. flour tortillas
Directions

1Melt in saucepan the cheese, tomatoes and chilies, milk, onion and soup.

2Brown in skillet, beef, salt and chili powder.

3Heat until soft the tortillas.

4Line a large dish with 1/2 of the tortillas, 1/2 of meat mixture, 1/2 of cheese mixture, rest of tortillas on top, then rest of beef and cheese. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
