- 1 can (large 10 Oz. Can) Chunk Chicken
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 3 stalks Green Onion, Sliced
- 1 bunch Parsley, Chopped
- 2 boxes (2 Oz. Box, 15-count) Mini Phyllo Cups
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Shred chicken in a medium sized bowl.

3Add the remaining ingredients (except phyllo cups) and mix well.

4Fill phyllo cups with about a tablespoon of filling.
