  • 1 can (large 10 Oz. Can) Chunk Chicken
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 3 stalks Green Onion, Sliced
  • 1 bunch Parsley, Chopped
  • 2 boxes (2 Oz. Box, 15-count) Mini Phyllo Cups

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Shred chicken in a medium sized bowl.

    Add the remaining ingredients (except phyllo cups) and mix well.

    Fill phyllo cups with about a tablespoon of filling.

    Bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops are golden brown.

    Enjoy warm out of the oven or at room temperature.
