- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt, pepper, marjoram and thyme
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/3 c. milk
Directions

1Pound steak to tenderize.

2Cut into pieces.

3Flour and brown on both sides.

4Put pieces of steak in a casserole dish.

5Make a thin gravy in pan steak was browned in.

6Pour over steak and bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
