- 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1-2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Whipped cream
- Strawberries
Directions

1In bowl combine first 3 ingredients; stir in milk and vanilla.

2Set aside.

3In heavy skillet stir 1/3 cup sugar over low heat until melted, 8-9 minutes.

4When golden brown, remove from heat.

5Pour syrup into 3 cup ring mold; quickly swirl to coat bottom and sides.

6Pour egg mixture into mold.

7Set in shallow pan on oven rack; pour hot water around mold 1 inch deep.

8Bake at 325F until knife inserted off center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes.

9Chill 2-3 hours.

10Unmold dessert onto serving platter.

11Garnish with whipped cream and strawberries.
