- 1 rib celery, thinly sliced
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Heat butter or oleo in saucepan.

2Toss in vegetables and cook, stirring frequently, until onions are limp.

3Add and stir in soup, 1/2 cup of water and drained mushrooms, pimento, parsley and salt. Cook until heated through.
