- 2 cups water
- 1 can tomato paste
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup cider vinegar
- 1 12 cups celery, chopped
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch oregano
Directions

1Place all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring the mixture to a boil.

2Reduce the heat to simmer, cover and cook for 2 hours.

3At the end of the cooking time, check the sauce for thickness.

4If the sauce is thin, thicken it with 1/4 cup cornstarch dissolved in cup of water.
