  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 c flour
  • 3 tbsb melted butter

Directions

    Put all ingredients in blender. Mix well. Refrigerate 1 hr. Pour 1/8 cup into buttered pan. Cook over medium 1 min. Turn, cook 30 sec. Cool. Stack and freeze or serve.

    May add seasoning or cheese for savory crepes.
