Crescent Chicken Chunk Roll-Ups

- 8 oz. refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
- 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 8 frozen breaded chicken chunks
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds, optional
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Separate dough into 8 triangles; press each to flatten slightly.

3Put about 2 tsp. cheese on shortest side of triangle; top with 1 tsp. barbecue sauce and chicken chunk.

4Roll to opposite point, punch edges and seal.

5Combine egg and water beating slightly.

6Dip edges and sides of crescents in egg mixture; roll in sesame seeds.

7Place point side down on greased cookie sheet.

8Bake for 12 to 18 minutes.

9Serve with additional barbecue sauce.

10Garnish as desired.
