- 4 c. cold cooked rice

1Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Add green onions, red pepper and peas;

2stir-fry 1 minute. Add egg and scramble. Stir in rice and cook until heated, gently separating grains. Add soy sauce. Cook, stirring until heated through. Serve immediately. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
