  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
  • 4 orange roughy fillets (4 oz. each)
  • 1 env. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix

    Mix dressing, lemon juice and seasonings until well blended.

    Spread dressing mixture evenly onto both sides of fish, then coat both sides evenly with coating mix.

    Discard any remaining coating mix.

    Place in single layer in greased shallow baking pan.

    Bake at 375F for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
