- 2 to 4 lb. beef roast
- 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
- 1 pkg. onion gravy mix
- 1 pkg. au jus gravy mix
Directions

1Place roast in crock-pot; salt and pepper.

2Cook on high for 8 hours.

3(I put it on at bedtime.) Remove roast and all broth.

4Cut meat into small pieces (the roast usually falls apart because it is so tender).

5Add one cup of broth; add all 3 mixes.

6Stir well until lumps are gone.

7Add meat.

8Add broth in until the roast is covered by gravy mixture (about 3 cups).

9Cook 2 to 3 more hours in crock-pot on low.
