  • 1 large Pikes Peak or rump roast
  • 8 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup or chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 2 to 3 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 c. wine

Directions

    Place all ingredients in crock-pot and cook on High for 8 to 10 hours (overnight is great).

    Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
