- 1 large Pikes Peak or rump roast
- 8 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup or chopped onion
- 2 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. basil
- 2 to 3 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3 c. water
- 1 c. wine
Directions

1Place all ingredients in crock-pot and cook on High for 8 to 10 hours (overnight is great).

2Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
