  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
  • 3 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. water

    Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate 24 hours.

    Take out and mix well again.

    Form into 2-inch diameter rolls (choose your own length).

    Bake on a rack over a cookie sheet or broiler pan at 300° for 1 1/4 hours to allow fat to drip.
