Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • juice from 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 8 c. Delicious apples (with skins on)
  • drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 c. whole skinless peanuts

Directions

    Boil first 5 ingredients until thick.

    Slice apples thin.

    Mix the crushed pineapple in at the time.

    Toss with cool cooked mixture.

    Add Cool Whip.

    Before serving, add peanuts.

    Chill before serving.
