- 1 1/2 c. finely chopped cooked beef or canned
- 3 c. finely chopped cooked potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. finely chopped cooked beets or canned
- 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- few drops Tabasco sauce (optional)
Directions

1Lightly toss beef, potatoes, beets and onion together.

2Add milk, salt and tabasco.

3Season to taste with more salt and pepper if needed.

4Melt 3/4 tablespoons fat in skillet,

5spread hash evenly over bottom. Cook over medium heat until underneath side is brown and crusty.
