- 3/4 cups Egg Beaters, Or Egg Substitute
- 1/2 cups Splenda Or Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Scalded Milk
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the egg substitute, Splenda, salt, and vanilla together. Then, while whisking, slowly stream in the warm milk. Pour equal amounts into glass custard cups or ramekins and sprinkle with nutmeg.

2The cups of custard then go into a baking dish. Pour boiling hot water into the pan around the cups, about halfway up the sides of the dish. Place in the oven and bake for about 40-50 minutes or until the custards are set. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before eating.
