- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. warm water (about 110~)
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. unsifted bread flour
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. water
- garlic salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and sugar in water in

3Let stand 5 minutes.

4Add oil and salt.

5Stir in enough flour to make smooth dough.

6Place on lightly floured surface.

7Knead 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

9Roll into 14 x 9-inch rectangle.

11Twist each strip into an 8-inch rope.
