  • 6 oz. dry black beans (1 c.)
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3/4 tsp. crushed dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
