Cucumbers With Sour Cream

- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 scant Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 2 long slender cucumbers
- 1 small onion, same diameter as the cucumber
Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, sugar, vinegar, dill, pepper, salt and celery seed; blend.

2Pare the cucumbers and slice as thin as possible.

3Clean the onion, but slice it by hand, a bit thicker than the cucumbers.

4Add the vegetables to the sour cream mixture and toss lightly.

5Refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the cucumbers can absorb the dressing.
