- 1 lb. fresh asparagus, cooked and strained
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. curry
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 5 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Place asparagus in shallow baking dish.

2Mix 2 tablespoons margarine with bread crumbs and set aside.

3Blend salt, pepper, flour and curry with remaining margarine.

4Add milk and cook.

5Add onion and pour over asparagus.

6Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 15 minutes at 425°.
