- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. flour
- 4 c. milk
- 8 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 1 large can sliced mushrooms, sliced (save liquid)
Directions

1Prepare white sauce: melt butter, add flour and make a roux. Add milk, whisking as it thickens.

2Add curry powder, salt, pepper and Tabasco.

3Blend in eggs and mushrooms and gently heat through. Serve on toasted English muffins or toast points.
