Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 2) can pear halves
  • 1 (No. 2) can peach halves
  • 1 (No. 2) can apricot halves
  • 1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Drain fruit; place in casserole.

    Combine butter, sugar and curry and spoon over fruit.

    Bake at 325° one hour, covered. Refrigerate overnight.

    Before serving, bake at 350° for 30 minutes; uncover and serve.
