- 1 lb. lean beef or chicken
- 2 onions
- 2 potatoes
- 1/2 c. carrots
- 4.4 oz. curry sauce mix
Directions

1Cut meat into cubes and finely chop onions.

2Chop other vegetables in pot.

3Saute meat and onions in oil, stirring until onion is lightly browned.

4Add other vegetables.

5Add 3 1/2 cups water and bring to a boil.

6Reduce heat.

7Cover and simmer until meat is tender.

8Break curry sauce mix into mixture, stirring until completely melted.

9Simmer 5 minutes.

10Serve hot over rice.
