  • 1 Chicken breast (boneless)
  • 1 Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 Mayonnaise
  • 1 Parsley
  • 1 Plain flour

Directions

    Flour the chicken breast and saute in a frying pan until the surface becomes crisp.

    Wipe excess oil from the frying pan and add the teriyaki sauce and curry powder.

    Simmer until the sauce is glossy.

    When the sauce is glossy, slice the chicken with a knife and pour the sauce over it.

    Top with mayonnaise and parsley to finish.
