- 1 Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Parsley
- 1 Plain flour
Directions

1Flour the chicken breast and saute in a frying pan until the surface becomes crisp.

2Wipe excess oil from the frying pan and add the teriyaki sauce and curry powder.

3Simmer until the sauce is glossy.

4When the sauce is glossy, slice the chicken with a knife and pour the sauce over it.

5Top with mayonnaise and parsley to finish.
