Curry Chicken with Broccoli

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- Butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Steam broccoli in microwave for 2 minutes or in a saucepan with water until tender.

3Drain and set aside.

4Cut chicken into 2'' chunks.

5In a skillet bring 1 inch of water to a boil, add chicken and cook just until opaque, about 5 minutes.

6Drain chicken and pat dry with paper towels.

7In a bowl combine mushroom soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder.

8Place broccoli in a buttered casserole dish.

9Top broccoli with chicken and pour on soup mixture.

10Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.

11Dot with bits of butter.

12Bake for 30 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly
