  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. milk, scalded

Directions

    Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Slowly add scalded milk and stir until well blended. Pour into unbaked, deep, 9-inch pie shell. Bake 50 minutes at 325°.
