1-1- Fry onion, garlic ginger & bay leave

2-2- Add lentils, curry, tumeric - fry 2 min

3-3- Add stock, potato, pepper, milk

4cook 30 min stirring occasionally

5-4- Add spinach and cook for 2 min more
