  • 1 lb. Chinese noodles
  • 3 Tbsp. Oriental sesame seed oil
  • 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp. China Village Szechuan stir-fry sauce
  • 1 tsp. hot chili oil
  • 3 Tbsp. white, lightly roasted sesame seed
  • 1 1/2 c. bean sprouts, parboiled, rinsed in cold water and drained

    Cook noodles according to package directions.

    Do not overcook.

    Drain, rinse with cold water, drain again and toss with 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil.
