- 6 egg whites
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, melted
- 1 1/4 cups dates, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- fudge sauce, to serve
- whipped cream, to serve
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180.C.

2Grease and line a 23cm springform pan.

3Beat eggwhites with a mixer until firm peaks form, gradually beat in sugar, until thick & glossy.

4Lightly fold in remaining ingredints and pour into prepared pan.

5Bake 50-60 mins, until firm.

6Turn off oven leaving cake to cool completely & chill until required.
