- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 14 cups honey
Directions

1Put the onion in a shallow bowl and pour on the honey to cover.

2Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for about 8 hours, or overnight.

3Discard the onion and bottle the syrup.

4Swirl 1 tablespoon of the syrup in tea or hot water, 3 times a day.

5If the weather is damp: Take the syrup as is.

6If the weather is dry: Swirl 1 teaspoon lemon juice into the tea or hot water before drinking.
