  • 2 lbs pork chops
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups water

Directions

    Season pork chops, in a baking dish, with pepper and paprika.

    Add boullion cubes, onion, and water.

    Cover with foil paper.

    Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours or until tender.

    Uncover and allow to brown, not burn, making sure there is still water in the bottom of the pan, for 10 to15 minutes.
