- 6 ounces uncooked spaghetti
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (11 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 small green pepper, cut into rings
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti, drain; rinse with hot water.

2Heat oven to 350 degrees.

3Grease a 10 inch pie pan or 9 inch square pan.

4Combine cooked spaghetti, eggs, and parmesan cheese; toss lightly.

5Place in greased pan and press evenly over bottom and up sides of pan to form crust.

6Set aside.

7In large skillet, brown ground beef with onion until beef is cooked.

8Drain.

9Stir in spaghetti sauce and corn.

10Spoon evenly over crust.

11Top with green pepper rings and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

12Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
