Directions

1Use any part of the deer; cut into strips.

2Marinate the meat overnight in the refrigerator.

3Remove, drain strips on paper towels and place in racks in the oven.

4Place a drip pan underneath to catch juice.

5Turn oven to lowest setting and leave door open slightly.
