- flour
- pepper
- salt
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- pinch of rosemary
- pinch of marjoram
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 4 onions, cubed
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 6 potatoes, peeled and halved
Directions

1Dredge meat in flour then brown in a Dutch oven.

2Add lots of ground pepper and salt to taste.

3Mix catsup and spices.

4Pour over meat.

5Add water.
-
6Cook slowly in a 325° oven.

7Add onions, carrots and potatoes after 1 hour.

8Continue to cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
