- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup liverwurst
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- salt and pepper
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Slice eggs lengthwise and scoop out yolks.

2Place yolks and remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and blended.

3Place mixture in a pastry bag and pipe into the egg white halves.
