- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 loaf thin sliced bread
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick melted butter
Directions

1Mix the cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar, egg yolk and lemon juice with an electric mixer until smooth.

2Cut crust from bread slices and roll out bread with rolling pin.

3Spread bread slices with cream cheese mixture and roll up.

4Melt butter.

5Mix cinnamon and 1 cup of sugar.

6Dip bread rolls in melted butter and then in cinnamon-sugar mixture.

7Place rolls on cookie sheet covered with waxed paper.

8Freeze.

9When ready to bake, cut rolls in half. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
