  • 1/2 gal. premium vanilla ice cream (Haagan-dazs, Trauth, etc.)
  • 1 container caramel (for dipping apples)

    Add pecans to the mix.

    To serve, place a brownie on dessert dish. Top with generous scoop of ice cream and pour caramel which has been heated in microwave over the ice cream.
