  • 1 c. milk
  • 5 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 1/4 tsp. soda

  • 2 c. flour

    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool, then fill with filling and add top cookie.
