Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. crab meat
  • 1 raw egg, well beaten
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • dash of red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 slices toast, rolled into fine crumbs
  • pinch of thyme
  • 1 small grated onion
  • 2 pieces celery, chopped fine
  • 1/4 bottle ketchup

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Place in crab shells or a buttered casserole.

    Sprinkle a few crumbs on top.

    Dot with butter and bake at 375° until brown (until it bubbles on top).
