Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- 1 tsp. and 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/3 c. half and half
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Place eggs in pot with water (enough to cover).

2Add 1 teaspoon vinegar.

3Bring to boil over medium heat.

4After eggs are boiled, drain and cover with cold water.

5When cool, drain and peel.

6Cut eggs lengthwise.

7Remove yolks.
-
8In small bowl, mash yolks with a fork.

9Mix in 1 tablespoon vinegar, half and half, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.

10Spoon mixture back into egg halves.

11Refrigerate until serving.
