  • 8 or more boiled eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Cut eggs lengthwise and remove yolks into a small bowl and mash well.

    Stir in milk, salt, mustard and pepper.

    Fill hollowed egg halves with mixture and serve.
