- 3 tablespoons horseradish
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 -3 lbs short rib of beef, cut into serving size pieces
- unseasoned meat tenderizer

1Prepare grill.

2Combine mustard, horseradish and Worcestershire in a bowl.

3Sprinkle beef with meat tenderizer.

4Place meat on grill over medium heat.

5Cook 30 to 40 minutes, turning often or until desired doneness is reached.

6Brush with mustard mixture during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
