- 2 c. raisins
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
- 2/4 c. cooking oil
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Directions

1Cook raisins and water until dry.

2Mix together applesauce, eggs, sweetener and cooking oil.

3Blend in flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, soda and nuts.

4Put in greased pan.

5Bake at 350° until done.
