Ingredients

  • 2 c. raisins
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
  • 2/4 c. cooking oil
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Directions

    Cook raisins and water until dry.

    Mix together applesauce, eggs, sweetener and cooking oil.

    Blend in flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, soda and nuts.

    Put in greased pan.

    Bake at 350° until done.
