  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. fat-free salad dressing
  • 1/2 c. fat-free buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. egg substitute
  • water
  • vegetable spray

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Mix corn meal and flour.

    Add salad dressing, buttermilk and egg.

    If needed, add water to make mixture.

    Pour into sprayed skillet.
