  • 4 -6 lamb rib chops
  • 1 lemon, cut in half
  • garlic powder
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 13 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon wheat bran
  • 1 teaspoon wheat bran
  • vegetable oil cooking spray

Directions

    Trim fat from lamb chops.

    Rub both sides with lemon; sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and pepper.

    Combine parsley and next 2 ingredients, mix well, and press on all sides of chops.

    Place chops in a 12x8x2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; bake, uncovered,at 500F for 4 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350F and bake chops an additional 15 minutes.
