- 16 ounces, weight Jar Claussen Kosher Dill Pickles
- 1 pound High Quality Dried Beef
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese - Room Tempurature
- Dried Dill Weed, For Garnish (optional)
Directions

1Drain the pickles and blot them with a paper towel so the pickles are dry.

2Spread a nice layer of cream cheese on a slice of dried beef.

3Wrap the pickle with the cream cheese covered beef.

4Depending on the size of your slices of dried beef, you may need to use more than one slice per pickle.

5Once you have all the pickles wrapped, chill the assembled rolls for 15 minutes so the cream cheese can adhere to the pickle.

6Slice the rolls into bite size pieces, discarding the ends (or eating them!)

7Sprinkle with dill weed.
